Tess Casbeer

Tess Casbeer is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in HRIS management and benefits administration. Currently serving as Manager of HRIS at Quanta Services, Inc. since March 2017, Tess previously held the title of Sr. HRIS Business Analyst. Prior experience includes HRIS Contractor/Consultant at Just Energy and caregiver responsibilities from December 2014 to November 2015. Tess spent 14 years at McKesson Specialty Health, where significant contributions as Associate Director, HRMS included the strategic development of HR systems for a large workforce. Earlier roles included Benefits Systems Analyst and various benefits-related positions, with foundational experience at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Hospital in benefits administration and support. Tess holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health from Texas A&M University.
