Jose Luis Spahr

Jose Luis Spahr is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Security, Network, and Cloud Infrastructure at Quantcast since October 2018, following a role as a Senior Engineering Manager in the same area. Prior to this, Jose held the position of Senior Network Engineer at Quantcast from June 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included building a scalable Big Data network infrastructure. Jose's career began at ON24, Inc., where roles included Senior Network Engineer and Senior Systems Administrator from March 2008 to June 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Technical Coordinator at CSU, East Bay, Oakland Center, from January 2006 to March 2008. Jose earned a Master of Science in Telecommunications from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and Telecommunications from TBC Catholic University.
