Nichole Jaggers

Nichole Jaggers, PHR, currently serves as the Head of Human Capital at Quantum Capital Group since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Chief People Officer at Opportune from March 2022 to December 2024 and Head of Talent at BP from September 2015 to April 2022. Nichole's tenure at Opportune also featured roles as Talent and Learning Leader and People Operations Advisor. Before joining Opportune, Nichole worked as Human Resources Manager at the same firm and gained valuable experience as an Account Executive at TWG Insurance and an intern at the Office of President George H.W. Bush. Educational achievements include completion of the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
