Senior Engineer at Quantum-Si

John Parillo began their work experience in 2012 as a General Help at Centerplate. In 2014, they worked as an R&D Intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The following year, in 2015, they had a role as a Sensor Development Intern at the same company. In 2016, they continued their internship at Thermo Fisher Scientific, this time focusing on sensor development for Ion Torrent. In 2017, John joined Quantum-Si as a Chemist, specializing in Surface Chemistry. John worked in this role until September 2021, when they transitioned to becoming a Senior Engineer at the same company. John also pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut as a Chemical Engineering student from 2013 to 2017.

John Parillo completed their high school education at Berlin High School from 2009 to 2013. John then pursued a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Connecticut, graduating in 2017. During their time at the university, they focused on Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, with a minor in Molecular and Cell Biology.
