Kirstyn Flor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Business Process and Information Lead at Urban Utilities since April 2020, Kirstyn has previously held significant roles, including Senior Business Analyst - Strategy and Architecture at Heritage Bank, and Senior Process Analyst at Aurizon. With a solid background that includes positions such as Senior Project Coordinator and Team Leader - Productivity at Heritage Bank, Kirstyn has successfully managed numerous initiatives, notably the Lean Six Sigma Loan Fulfillment Project and the Continuous Improvement Program known as "SNAP!".
