We empower our product teams to solve hard problems in ways that our customers love and accelerate our growth. We’re seeking a truly exceptional, driven, and strategic Product Manager to support the definition, deliver of SaaS healthcare products and success of the Quest Analytics deliverables. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define a product vision and execute on how that vision impacts product priorities. Product managers will work closely with software engineering, sales, product marketing, and support to ensure that key business goals and initiatives are met. The Product Manager’s job overall focus is to ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

What you'll do:

  • Help define vision for your product/team
  • Prioritize initiatives for engineering based on the company strategy and product vision
  • Work closely with key SMEs across the Quest organization, including executive leadership
  • Work closely with clients to understand the problems we are trying to solve in our industry
  • Determine the “what” on prioritized initiatives for engineering
  • Grow and maintain industry knowledge around network adequacy and the competitive landscape
  • Adheres to the Quest Analytics Values and supports a positive company’s culture
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager for a SaaS company (healthcare preferred)
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Experience in Agile Scrum development methodology and practices
  • Proven track record of taking new products from ideation stage to successfully selling in new and existing markets
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong presentation and written skills to communicate your vision
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Collaborative mindset mixed in with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Client centric focused with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
