Zach Snyder

Zach Snyder is an accomplished professional in the fields of government affairs and public policy, currently serving as Vice President of Government Affairs at Quest Analytics, LLC since September 2021. In this role, Zach leads a team that engages with healthcare regulatory agencies and advocates for regulations on provider network adequacy and directory accuracy. Alongside this position, Zach has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Bellevue College since September 2019, teaching courses in the Health & Wellness Bachelor's program. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Government Affairs at Regence BlueShield, where Zach shaped health policy during legislative sessions, and roles at the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, The Pew Charitable Trusts, Willamette Dental Group, Washington State Dental Association, and the Washington State House of Representatives. Zach holds a Juris Doctor in Health Law from Seattle University School of Law, a Certificate in US Health Care Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University.
