Liu Anqi is a Partner for the Metaverse Fund at Quest Ventures, a top venture capital firm in Asia.
Prior to this, Anqi was in the CEO office of Convoy Technology where she was involved in a key development in the Middle East. At China Petroleum Development, Anqi was involved in new business development including the setting up of new offices in North America and Asia. As the only management associate seconded to Singapore from its headquarters in Beijing, she was given significant responsibility and managed stakeholder engagement at all levels. Before this, Anqi was a junior consultant providing corporate advisory services at Genesis Capital.
As the Inaugural Chairman of the Cadet Officer Council at the National Cadet Corps, she represented Singapore at many global military exchanges, including USA and China, earning substantial respect and praise for her professionalism and leadership. She was consistently ranked the highest in key leadership and development courses, and was Parade Commander for significant events. She was elected Vice-Chairman at Singapore One (RGS), and an elected senior Peer Support Leader. As a member of the Raffles canoeing team, she represented the institution in national competitions.
Anqi was a recipient of the Edusave Entrance Scholarship for Independent Schools.
Anqi is a graduate of the University of Sydney with a Bachelors in Commerce. She was elected secretary at Taylor’s Action Group, and founded a community that provides living and academic advice for thousands of international students in Australia.
