Andrew Fullarton

Andrew Fullarton is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial services and technology. Currently serving as the Initiatives Lead in the Office of the CIO at Questrade Financial Group since August 2023, Andrew contributes to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing innovative and cost-efficient financial services for Canadians. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Chief of Staff at SAVVYY from March 2018 to July 2023, where efforts focused on developing a modern digital mortgage infrastructure. Andrew's career began at Borrowell as the Lead of Capital Markets & Legal, playing a vital role in launching one of Canada's first online lending platforms. Additionally, Andrew worked at Simmons & Simmons LLP as an Associate in Capital Markets, and gained early experience as a Trainee Solicitor. Andrew holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, as well as a BA in Classics from the University of Nottingham.
