Rachael Sweetingham

Rachael Sweetingham is a seasoned business leader at Quick Release, focusing on leadership and team development for the Essex team, which consists of approximately 80 members. Rachael's responsibilities include resourcing, coaching a management team of seven, managing promotions, and enhancing onboarding processes, in addition to project and account management. Previously, Rachael held various roles at Quick Release, including People & Project Manager, Lead Project Analyst, and Senior Project Analyst, contributing to automotive product data management. Before joining Quick Release, Rachael worked at Ford Motor Company as a CV Body Exterior Integration Analyst and BoM Specialist, improving cost and change management processes. Rachael's experience also includes a role as a Research Analyst at mTAB LLC and a Research Assistant at the University of Southampton. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Southampton.
