Vikas Mittal

Vikas Mittal has worked in various roles in the software industry since 2010. Vikas began their career as a Test Consultant for Nagarro in 2010, where their responsibilities included requirement analysis, analyzing test scenarios and effort estimation, developing test sets and test cases, reviewing test cases, maintenance and tracking of bugs, web service API testing using tools like SOAP UI, build deployment on testing environments, and extensive testing of Gaming Solution, Statistics and Database. Vikas also tested clustered platforms for covering failover and coherence scenarios. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Test Consultant for Rebtel, where they developed frameworks and tests using Java, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, and Maven tools, executed automated test scripts using Jenkins, and generated reports. In 2015, they also worked as a Senior Specialist Consultant for Cubane Solutions AB. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for Basset (An Enghouse Networks Company), where they developed hybrid frameworks and tests using Java, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Maven, and Powershell script, and was involved in daily scrum meetings and coordination with the development and the requirement team. Finally, they worked as a Technical QA for Quickspin from 2018 until present.

Vikas Mittal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic & Communication from Bharat Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2009. Vikas then obtained an ISTQB-Certified-Tester certification from ITB in April 2011.
