Earlier in their career, they served as the President of MicroRam Electronics Inc. and America II Electronics, Inc., where they facilitated business transformation and increased revenue. Brian has held various management roles at Arrow Electronics and Raab Karcher, where they developed and executed strategies to improve sales and operations. Brian began their career as a Field Sales Representative in the electronics industry. Additionally, they served in the US Army as a Logistics Readiness Center NCOIC. Overall, Brian Ellison has a diverse range of experience in business development, supply chain solutions, and operational excellence in the electronics industry.
Brian Ellison attended the Cleveland Institute of Electronics from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Digital Electronic Theory. Prior to that, they attended El Paso Community College from 1986 to 1989 and earned a degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Quality - Green Belt Certification in 2002 and several LinkedIn certifications in supply chain management, inventory management, logistics, mergers & acquisitions, project management, financial literacy, recruitment strategies, Salesforce basics, and PRINCE2 fundamentals.
