Jon Jepp's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Jon started their career in 2003 as a Trainee Account Manager at Lloyds TSB Bank plc. Jon then worked as an Assistant Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2006.
From 2007 to 2010, Jon worked at Royal Bank of Scotland as an International Assignment Consultant. Jon then joined Frazer Jones as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Reward, HRIS, and Global Mobility from 2010 to 2012.
In 2013, Jon worked as an In-house Recruiter at Coutts. Jon then joined Smith & Williamson in 2014 as a Recruitment Manager, where they provided investment management, accountancy, tax, corporate, and financial advisory services to clients until 2017.
Since 2018, Jon has been working at Quilter, first as a Reward Consultant until 2021, and then as a Cash Compensation Lead from September 2021 onwards.
Jon Jepp attended Solent University from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued a CPP (CIPD accredited) degree in HR.
