Barbara Frankel

Barbara Frankel is an experienced professional in career development and organizational consulting. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac University since 2022, Barbara instructs undergraduate students in the School of Business on Career Planning and Development. As the Principal and Founder of Coaching Initiatives LLC since 2007, Barbara has been dedicated to enhancing leadership and team performance across various organizations. In addition, Barbara is a Founding Partner of Professional Peers Connect, which fosters collaboration between accountants and attorneys. As the President and Co-Founder of the Career Counselors Consortium, Barbara leads a group of credentialed career counselors focused on career management and transition. Prior roles include Managing Director at Crenshaw Associates, Senior Vice President at The Strickland Group, and positions in Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase and management training at American Express. Barbara holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland and an M.S.W. with Honors in Management and Psychology from Hunter College.
