Carys Moore is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in service delivery and operational management across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Global Head of Servicing Operations at Quintessentially since April 2021, Carys has held multiple key roles including Group Operations Lead and Head of Corporate Servicing. Prior to this, Carys worked at John Paul as the Head of Training & Quality for the APAC region and as Operations Manager for multiple teams. Other notable positions include Associate at Fraser Giles Partnership and a progression of roles at Ten Group, culminating as Operations Manager for Travel and Entertainment. Carys began the career at Quintessentially Foundation as a Development Officer. Academic qualifications include a Psychotherapy and Counselling Certificate from Regent's University London and a degree in Classical Civilisation from the University of Liverpool.
