Stephanie Chang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephanie began their career as a Team Financial Officer at MIT 2.00B Toy Product Design in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Engineering Intern at IDEXX Laboratories. The following year, in 2012, Stephanie received the 3rd Place Award in the MIT 6.470 Web Programming Competition for creating College Chef. Stephanie was an SDE Intern at both Amazon and Amazon Music in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Stephanie also worked as an EECS Graduate Teaching Assistant at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2013 to 2014. During this time, they assisted in teaching Introduction to Computer Science and provided support to students. Stephanie then joined Lumos Labs (Lumosity) in 2014 as a Software Engineer, progressing to the role of Senior Software Engineer. Stephanie developed features for Lumosity.com and led large projects as the lead engineer. In 2018, Stephanie joined Quip as a Senior Software Engineer before being promoted to Staff Software Engineer in February 2021.
