Devin joined Quona Capital in 2022 as the firm’s Compliance Officer.
Devin works closely with the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer to shape, manage, and carry out Quona’s regulatory compliance program. Prior to Quona, Devin served as a Wealth Management Compliance Manager with Morgan Stanley. Prior to his time at Morgan Stanley, Devin worked as a Senior Client Analyst proving portfolio support for high-net-worth individual clients.
Devin holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Morgan State University.
