Abhishek Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Abhishek is currently the Vice President of Business Operations at QX Global Group since February 2023. Prior to Aptara, Abhishek worked at Canvera Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Regional Manager of Operations - Design Services North India. In this role, they oversaw the design services for the entire North India region, managed a team of 120+ individuals, and was responsible for achieving organizational goals within defined SLA, quality, and cost. Abhishek also handled customer service, handled escalations, and addressed challenges.

Abhishek's earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager and Customer Service Head at Aptara from December 2005 to August 2013, where they were the primary point of contact for major clients and managed project/program management for them. Abhishek also worked as a Floor Coach at NIIT SmartServe from January 2004 to November 2005, where they were responsible for supervising a team, providing training, giving feedback, and handling verification calls.

Overall, Abhishek Agarwal has gained extensive experience in various leadership and managerial roles, along with expertise in program and project management, team supervision, client management, and achieving organizational goals.

Abhishek Agarwal's education history begins in 1996 when they attended the University of Lucknow, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics and Physics, completing their studies in 1999. In 2001, they enrolled at the Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they obtained an Advance Diploma in Computer Applications (ADCA). Simultaneously, they also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from the same institution, completing it in 2002.

In terms of advanced education, Abhishek pursued a PGDM (Executive) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2016 to 2017.

Abhishek Agarwal has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Abhishek became a Project Management Institute (PMI) member in January 2022. In June 2020, they earned certification in "THE FUNDAMENTALS OF DIGITAL MARKETING" from Google Digital Garage. In the same month, they also became a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Simplilearn. In June 2019, Abhishek obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in February 2018, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute.
