In 2007 and 2008, Rachel attended The Coaching Academy, where they completed a Diploma in corporate coaching and also gained knowledge in neuro-linguistic programming with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.
Continuing their commitment to professional growth, Rachel enrolled at the MBTI Business Training Institute in 2009 to study MBTI personality type in relation to Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
In 2010, Rachel further developed their expertise by attending the Psychological Consultancy Ltd, where they obtained a certification as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
Overall, Rachel has a well-rounded educational background that encompasses business, management, marketing, human resources management, and personnel administration.
