Cindy Scott

Cindy Scott currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at R.S. Hughes Co., Inc., a distributor of industrial and safety supplies, since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Chief People Officer at YAK ACCESS, focusing on environmental access solutions, and Vice President of Human Resources for both SGS and Bureau Veritas, the largest and second-largest inspection and certification companies respectively, overseeing thousands of employees across multiple divisions. Earlier positions include HR Director for Bredero Shaw, where Cindy managed strategic reorganizations in North America, and various roles at Baker Hughes, including Global Director HR/Employee Development, facilitating training programs for a large global workforce. Cindy holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
