Ian Glover

Ian Glover has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing within the medical device industry, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing and Service at R2 Technologies, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ian held significant positions at AbbVie and Allergan as Executive Director and Plant General Manager, overseeing various operational departments. Earlier experience includes senior roles at ZELTIQ and OnCore Manufacturing Services, where Ian managed operations and facilitated product transitions to manufacturing. Ian's career began at Varian Analytical Instruments, progressing through various engineering and management roles. Ian holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California, dual B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
