Thomas Eser has extensive experience in safety management and training, currently serving as a Tour Boat Captain at Ponce Inlet Water Sports since March 2021. Eser has been with rabbittransit - Central PA Transportation Authority since May 2013, focusing on safety and training compliance for public transportation. Prior to this, Eser held the position of Regional Safety Manager at UtiliQuest, LLC from 2005 to 2012, overseeing safety management across multiple states with a peak of over 1300 vehicles in operation. Eser's career began with the Baltimore City Fire Department, where from October 1983 to October 2003, responsibilities included acting as a Safety Officer, conducting accident investigations, implementing injury prevention programs, and serving as an instructor at the Fire Academy. Education includes training at the University of Maryland's Fire & Rescue Institute.
