Andrew Hilder

Andrew Hilder has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Credit Risk Management for Wholesale Banking at Rabobank since 2015. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Head of Financial Risk Management for Mexican pension funds and mutual funds at Principal Financial Group from 2013 to 2014. Andrew's career at ING Wholesale Banking spanned from 1998 to 2013, where Andrew held the positions of Managing Director of Credit Risk Management for Corporate Banking & Financial Markets and Chief Risk Officer for ING Bank Mexico, alongside serving as Vice President in Corporate Finance. Andrew began their career in finance with roles at Pepe Jeans and VNU Business Publications in the 1990s. Andrew holds an Economics degree from the University of Groningen, obtained between 1987 and 1994.
