Claudia Massey-Castilla, MSc, is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently overseeing HR operations for Racing Force International in Bahrain and HPS in Belgium, managing a staff of over 400 employees since November 2022. With a diverse background in business development, public relations, and specialist consultancy within migration frameworks, Claudia has held key positions at LD Export and the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Grievances and Protection Directorate. Previous roles include Local Liaison Adviser for the National Crime Agency and Director of Representaciones Chelsea CA in Venezuela. Claudia's recruitment expertise was honed as a Senior Consultant at both JPA Recruitment and Euro London Appointments. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth and a comprehensive education spanning multiple institutions in Venezuela and the UK.
