Ferenc Matzken is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service and problem management. Currently serving as the Problem & Service Management Lead at RACV since November 2017, Ferenc oversees IT Service Management processes and leads a team dedicated to service improvement. Prior experience includes roles at Hitwise as IT Services Manager and IT Incident Manager, focusing on major incident resolution and IT service enhancement. Ferenc's analytical expertise was also applied at State Trustees, Wallis Market and Social Research, Colmar Brunton, and Roy Morgan Research, contributing to data analysis and project management in various capacities. Ferenc holds multiple ITIL certifications and advanced degrees from Wageningen University & Research, supplemented by education at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
