Jay Town

Jay Town serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Radiance Technologies since August 2025 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for America's Warrior Partnership since 2014. Previously, Jay held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at Gray Analytics from August 2020 to August 2025 and served as a U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama from August 2017 to August 2020. Jay's experience includes board memberships with the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation and Veteran Success Resource Group, as well as various roles within the Madison County District Attorney's office and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. An adjunct professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2008 to 2011, Jay also served as a Major in the United States Marine Corps from June 1996 to April 2008. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctor of Law from Seton Hall University School of Law.
