Fern Deng, 邓玮芬, is an ICF PCC certified Digital Marketing Strategist and co-founder of Radiant Flow, where coaching practices emphasize self-reflection and behavioral insights. As founder of The Tiny Otter since December 2021, Fern operates a digital platform while providing sales training at SOCO Sales Training, enhancing sales performance through customized training for various professionals. Previous experience includes roles as Travel Retail Marketing Manager for Clarins, Travel Retail Regional Manager for Salvatore Ferragamo, and Regional Assistant Product Manager for CHANEL, where strategic marketing and team leadership contributed significantly to brand growth in the beauty industry.
