Darcy Faegre

Darcy Faegre currently serves as Service Desk Manager at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, overseeing a Service Desk that supports 10,000 end-users and leading initiatives such as the implementation of an AI ChatBot and administration of the EasyVista Ticketing System. Previously, at Golden Valley Health Centers, Darcy held the position of IT Operations Manager, managing a team of nine technicians and introducing various IT processes and systems, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, while also navigating the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic. Prior experiences include roles at Constellation Brands as Client Services Manager, Schneider Electric as Network Engineer, and various positions focused on network operations and point-of-sale systems, all contributing to extensive expertise in IT support and operations management. Education was completed at Madison Area Technical College between 1987 and 1989.
