Mitch Smail is an experienced professional with a strong background in reality capture and CAD design. Currently serving as Reality Capture Project Manager and previously as Senior CAD Designer at RaganSmith since May 2017, Mitch has amassed extensive expertise in surveying and geographic information systems. Prior roles include Survey Technician at Van Cleef Engineering Associates, various positions at HAKS as Survey CAD Technician and Survey Party Chief, and roles at Crouch Engineering, Inc. as Survey Party Chief and GIS Technician. Mitch's career began in the Air National Guard in water and fuels maintenance. Mitch holds a Master’s Degree in Geography: Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in GIS/Cartography and Economic Geography, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
