Kristin Reynolds

Kristin Reynolds is an experienced professional in payroll and benefits management, currently serving as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at RAI Institute since March 2023. Previously, Kristin held similar positions at BCM Controls Corporation from March 2014 to February 2023, where roles included Payroll Specialist and Accounting Specialist. Prior experience also includes office management and bookkeeping at Cape Ann Floorcovering from April 1997 to February 2014 and creative direction at The Dazzling Dot from September 2005 to April 2013, as well as ownership and management roles at Off The Vine and Silverado Athletic Club. Kristin holds two degrees from Boston University, a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Science, and is a graduate of North Andover High School.
