Peter Bishop

Peter Bishop is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and platform engineering. Currently serving as a System Administrator at The AI Institute since March 2023, Peter is responsible for maintaining and configuring computer systems, network devices, and virtual environments, as well as facilitating employee onboarding. Prior roles include Platform Engineer at Wayfair, Senior Windows/DevOps Engineer at LincolnPeak Partners, and System Administrator at CSC, where tasks involved monitoring systems, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues. With a background that also includes positions at ikaSystems, OpenMobile World Wide Inc., Boston Scientific Inc., and EDS, Peter has demonstrated proficiency in managing server hardware, virtual systems, and LAN optimization.
