Paul MacDonald serves as the Director of Industrial Development at RailPros since May 2020, where responsibilities include directing nationwide rail-centric services for various clients and managing site selection, rail design, and industrial park development. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at JMA Civil, Inc. as Director of Network Planning, and at Union Pacific Railroad for over two decades in various capacities, including General Director of Network Economic & Industrial Development, where oversight of nearly 300 active rail infrastructure projects spanned a 14-state region. Paul began their career at Southern Pacific Railroad Company as a Public Projects Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University, Chico, and a Master of Science in Transportation Logistics from Golden Gate University.
