Molly Long is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in digital and graphic design, currently serving as Digital Design Manager at Rails since November 2021. Previously, Molly held roles at Dermalogica as a Senior Graphic Designer, where responsibilities included the conceptualization and execution of global launch campaigns and overseeing digital campaign shoots. As a Founding Partner & Designer at Park Hoppers on Parade, Molly managed all design and marketing aspects for diverse product lines. Earlier positions include Art Director at Steadfast Companies, where brand strategies were developed, and Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator at Steadfast Management Company, contributing to the establishment of the company's marketing collateral. Molly's early career included a role as Marketing Assistant Graphic Designer at UC Irvine Campus Recreation. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from UC Irvine.
