Allison Jones is an experienced community health education professional currently serving as a Community Health Education Assistant at JustUs Health since October 2020. Previous roles include Registration and Travel Manager at One Heartland, Shift Supervisor and Cashier Customer Service at Big River Pizza, Inc., and Tech-Connected High School Coach at College Possible. Allison also contributed as a Sustained Dialogue Moderator with Beloit College Sustained Dialogue and as Dean of Students Liaison at the Beloit College LEADS Office. Additionally, a Communications and Development Intern at Minnesota Women's Consortium rounded out earlier experience. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Critical Identity Studies and Sociology from Beloit College, obtained in 2016.

Rainbow Health
In 2017, Rainbow Health Initiative and Minnesota AIDS Project announced we were joining forces to create an organization to lead the work to achieve health equity for diverse gender, sexual, and cultural communities. Rainbow Health helps people navigate healthcare systems by breaking down barriers, especially LGBTQ+ folks, those affected by HIV, and others facing barriers to equitable health care. We bring our purpose to life in two primary ways: - Directly serving and supporting the needs of people who need help, by providing compassionate care that breaks down barriers to better health. - Fighting for better health systems for those erased and excluded, by educating care providers, policymakers, and one another about how to be more just and inclusive.
