Barry Gladman is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining environments. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Raleigh Convention Center since June 2021, Barry has previously held similar executive positions at Olde Hickory G&CC and Colonial Country Club, showcasing expertise in culinary leadership. Prior to these roles, Barry honed skills at South Seas Island Resort and Pinehurst Resort, where responsibilities included Garde Manger. Early in Barry's career, significant formative experiences occurred at notable establishments such as The Breakers and Claridges Hotel, contributing to a solid foundation in the culinary arts.
