Monica is a Director leading the implementation of the overall recruiting strategy at Rand Group. She helps achieve staffing objectives by identifying hiring needs, collaborating with department leads, and sourcing candidates to best suit open positions. Monica continues to drive strong business relationships with recruits, business partners and fellow team members.
