Stella Ojekwe-Onyejeli

Stella Ojekwe-Onyejeli has extensive experience in governance and risk management, currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at several organizations, including Coronation Insurance Plc., First Pension Custodian Nigeria Ltd., Saroafrica International Ltd., and RMB - Rand Merchant Bank. Previously, Stella held key leadership positions at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer as well as Chief Risk Officer. Additional experience includes roles as Director and Head of Operational Risk at Barclays Bank and Vice President at Citi. Stella's educational background includes advanced programs in governance, corporate finance, and asset management from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, Wharton, and the University of Oxford, complemented by an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
