Carmine Desimone

Carmine DeSimone, Jr. currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at TE Connectivity since March 2023. Prior to this role, DeSimone was Vice President of Global Operations at Belden Inc. from July 2011 to March 2023, where responsibility included overseeing global operations across 11 manufacturing facilities, 3 distribution centers, and 3 foreign trade zones in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, along with managing international supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Additionally, DeSimone held the position of Global Corporate Director Lean Enterprise, focusing on the implementation of lean practices across commercial and operational disciplines worldwide. DeSimone holds a Bachelor's degree from Lesley University.
