Efrat Dror

Efrat Dror is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Strategy at Rapid7 since July 2021, Efrat supports HR strategy and performance management for the Israeli site while leading compensation and benefits initiatives. Previously held the position of Human Resources Director at IntSights, where Efrat managed the HR team and improved processes in performance management and employee experience, in addition to building a global engagement program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experiences include HR Business Partner at Palo Alto Networks, where significant contributions were made toward talent development and employee retention, as well as HR Manager at Cyvera Ltd., focusing on building HR infrastructure during its early stages. Efrat's career began with roles in recruitment and office management, complemented by a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology and Human Services from the University of Haifa.
