Since 2020, Kait Ericson has served as RapidRatings’ General Counsel. She has extensive expertise in growth business legal strategy and promoting the balance between client focus and legal risk management. She is responsible for all legal and compliance matters for RapidRatings.
Prior to joining RapidRatings in 2017 as Associate General Counsel, Ms. Ericson lead the legal department at Systech International, a preeminent provider of software and services to the pharmaceutical industry. She also previously worked as VP, Intellectual Property at Prediqtus, an influential patent commercialization advisory service in the biotechnology and medical device spaces.
Ms. Ericson is an active member of the bar of Massachusetts and New Jersey, as well as the US Patent and Trademark Office. She earned her JD from the University of New Hampshire – Franklin Pierce School of Law, her MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins and undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Rutgers University.
