Sebastian Weston has extensive experience in strategy and planning roles. Sebastian started their career as a Copywriter at the Bernard Hodes Group in 2000 and then moved to Work Communications as a Senior Copywriter in 2006. Sebastian joined Havas People in 2008 as a Senior Copywriter and later transitioned into a role as a Strategic Planner from 2010 to 2013. Sebastian then joined Table19 in 2013 as a Strategic Planner and eventually became a Strategy Director. During their time at Table19, they developed welcome journeys for NOW TV customers, created a strategic framework for a Content Marketing email toolkit, and supported the development of a pitch-winning strategy for Sainsbury's CRM account. Sebastian is currently working at RAPP as a Strategy Director from 2022.

Sebastian Weston attended Bournemouth University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising.
