Steve Carboni is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and asset management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rappaport since February 2014, Steve oversees various departments including Financial Services and IT, while driving business development initiatives to enhance market presence. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Rappaport, Steve managed leasing operations for a portfolio of approximately 75 shopping centers in D.C. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Asset Management at Washington REIT, overseeing a large commercial portfolio, and co-founding Brownstone Capital. Steve's career also includes roles at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and Federal Realty Investment Trust. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus on Real Estate and Mathematics from San Diego State University.
