Erika Zois

Erika Zois is the current Chief Operating Officer at Rational 360, a leading public affairs firm in Washington, D.C. Erika has over nine years of experience in public and government affairs.

Erika began their career as an intern with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). Erika then worked as an executive intern with The International Foundation for Electoral Systems. In May 2012, they joined Brunswick Group as the Chief of Staff for Brunswick Insight Global. Erika left Brunswick in September 2021 to join Rational 360 as the Chief Operating Officer.

Erika is a graduate of George Mason University.

Erika Zois studied public communication at American University and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Erika also has certification from Harvard Extension School in Managing Yourself and Leading Others, as well as certification from RIVA Market Research & Training Institute in RIVA Trained- Focus Group Moderation.

Erika Zois reports to Patrick Dorton, CEO & Managing Director. They are on a team with Paco Campos - Director, Nick Bedford - Director, and Liji George - Chief Financial Officer.
