Harald Greiner has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Harald currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Production & Delivery Process at RATIONAL AG since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TE Connectivity from 2018 to 2021, starting as a Plant Manager and then progressing to Senior Operation Manager and Managing Director. From 2015 to 2018, they held the position of Value Stream Manager at Raychem, which is now TE Connectivity. Before that, they worked at Aleris as an Operation Manager and a Local Operational Excellence Specialist. Harald also has experience at Kennametal Sintec GmbH and Kennametal Extrude Hone GmbH, where they held managerial positions related to operational excellence and lean management.
Harald Greiner completed their Master of Science degree in Strategy, Technology, and Management from the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Harald attended the university from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Managementwissenschaften.
Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Technical Management from the IHK Swabia. Harald attended the IHK Swabia from 2005 to 2007.
In addition, Harald Greiner also pursued a certification as an Occupational safety specialist from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Metall (BG). This certification was completed in 2006 and 2007.
