Magnus Stephensen

Magnus Stephensen serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Ratos, where responsibilities include participation in the Management Team and oversight of various committees. In addition to this role, Magnus is a board member for several organizations, including HL Display, Aibel, Knightec, TFS HealthScience, and previously for Diab and Bisnode Belgium. Magnus is also involved in academia as a member of the Advisory Board for the Center For Business Law at the Stockholm School of Economics. Educational achievements include a Master of Laws from Uppsala University, a Diploma in Legal Studies from King's College London, and a foundational course in Business Economics from Stockholm University.
