Jesse Fulcher, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Land Acquisitions and Planning at Rausch Coleman Homes, a position held since March 2016. Prior to this role, Fulcher accumulated extensive experience at the City of Fayetteville, where responsibilities included Senior Planner and Associate Planner from December 2003 to March 2016, contributing to projects such as the 2030 Land Use plan and Arkansas' first streamside protection ordinance. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure as Staff Geoscientist at Jones Environmental, Inc., managing contractors and developing remediation plans, as well as a role as Account Representative at Simmons First Bank of NWA. Fulcher holds a BS in Environmental Soil and Water Science from the University of Arkansas, earned in 2002.
