Alejandro Cotter has extensive experience in management and engineering, currently serving as General Manager at Rawlings Sporting Goods since March 2003, where Alejandro progressed from Process Engineer to Manufacturing Manager. Prior to this role, Alejandro was the Materials Manager at Lucent Technologies from January 2001 to February 2002, overseeing material transfers for wireless telecommunications projects in Central America. Alejandro's career began at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in customer support for Toshiba computer users from June 1999 to December 2000. Alejandro holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica (2022-2023), a Master's in Project Management from the same university (2011-2013), an M.B.A. from Universidad de Costa Rica (2005-2007), and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University (1995-1998).
