Scott Donham, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at Rayburn Electric Cooperative since March 2015, where responsibilities include developing real-time reporting systems and improving substations. Prior to this role, Scott worked as an IT Consultant/Contractor assisting private schools with network setups from August 2015 to October 2016. We provide wholesale electrical power through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), purchases of blocks of electricity on the open market, and through our ownership interest in the Freestone generating facility in Freestone County, Texas.
