Rajat Chaddha

Rajat Chaddha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in building and scaling businesses within the fintech and retail sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of EMI & Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Business at Razorpay since November 2021, Rajat has been pivotal in establishing the Offline Affordability Business from the ground up. Previously, as Associate Vice President of Product Marketing at Innoviti Payment Solutions, Rajat successfully developed the Affordability - EMI Business from its inception. At Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Rajat held dual roles, first as National Head of Partnerships & Alliances, creating a new revenue stream, and then as National Head of Retail Marketing, applying a process-oriented approach to performance. Earlier career experiences include pivotal marketing roles at Usha International, Panasonic India, and LG India. Rajat holds an MBA in Marketing & Sales Management from Alliance Business School and a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online.
