Valentine Fargose

Valentine Fargose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Banking Alliances at Razorpay, Valentine leads banking partnerships and drives sales for the Banking Infra business, managing P&L and launching innovative products in collaboration with banks. Previously, as India Expansion Lead at Wise, Valentine oversaw the expansion of multiple product lines and successfully managed a vast multi-bank network for remittances. Prior experience includes significant roles at Visa, where Valentine excelled in business development, launching industry-first payment solutions, and at RBS, managing extensive portfolios in international banking. Valentine's engineering background includes project management in the offshore oil and gas sector, showcasing a strong foundation in structural design and project optimization. Educationally, Valentine holds a PGDM in Strategy and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Dual Degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
